Spada Ventures was founded in Auckland in late 2023, but its roots in property go back much further.
Founder Sebastian Spada’s experience in real estate began in Barcelona, where he established a property business focused on international investment and property management. After moving to New Zealand, he continued working in the sector through The Property Coach, advising homeowners looking to navigate the process of selling their properties privately.
Alongside property, Sebastian built a career in commercial and management roles across other industries and launched several entrepreneurial ventures — experience that shaped a commercially minded approach to identifying opportunities, solving problems and building businesses.
Spada Ventures began with a simple idea: find properties with unrealised potential, improve them thoughtfully, and create genuine value.
What started with acquiring, renovating and reselling homes has since grown into a broader property group — not through a predetermined plan, but by recognising opportunities that emerged along the way.
Today, that evolution includes Reforma Projects, delivering renovation projects; Spada Property Care, providing hands-on property management; and Fast Home Offer, offering homeowners a simpler and more direct way to sell.
